After participating in the initiative ‘Ecosystem of the world in pictures’ proposed by the team of the IUCN Red List of Ecosystems, Delson Ramirez’s photo “Cerro Santa Ana, Paraguaná Peninsula, Venezuela” won with a total of 21 votes (likes) to the closing date
(December 31st at 24:00 GMT -4:30). This decision was part of our Facebook cover during January 2013 and will be included, if the author agrees, on the website of the IUCN Red List of Ecosystems (http://cms.iucnrle.org/) and on future publications (printed and electronic) related to the IUCN Red List of Ecosystems.
